Led by United Way of the Crossroads and the Area Information Center for 2-1-1 at GCRPC, these sessions provide an essential overview of local services and how individuals access support in the region. Participants will learn who does what in the nonprofit and social service landscape, explore local ALICE (Asset-Limited, Income-Constrained, Employed) data, and gain practical tools for making effective referrals. Ideal for new staff, volunteers, board members, and anyone seeking a clearer understanding of community resources. Quarterly, in person
